Bryon Craven - CEO

Bryon Craven is a strategic sales leader with more than 15 years of experience designing, scaling, and executing revenue growth strategies across diverse industries, including EdTech, SaaS, property services, and consumer markets.

He has held senior leadership roles such as Vice President of Sales at STEAM Academy and Product School, where he spearheaded global expansion strategies, improved CAC-to-LTV efficiency, and built go-to-market frameworks that drove sustainable growth. At a stealth startup, Bryon created the company’s first full sales playbook, reduced the sales cycle by 53%, and increased revenue sevenfold in under a year. His background also includes leadership positions at Yelp, Angie’s List, and multiple entrepreneurial ventures, where he consistently developed processes that turned sales organizations into high-performing, scalable engines.

At Crave Consulting, Bryon brings this depth of experience to help clients transform their go-to-market strategies. He specializes in building sales processes from the ground up, aligning teams around data-driven KPIs, and creating compensation structures and enablement programs that drive performance. Luke Householder - CRO

Luke Householder brings over a decade of sales leadership and business development expertise to his role as Chief Revenue Officer at Crave Consulting. With a career spanning industries such as heavy equipment, fleet management, real estate, and technology, Luke has consistently driven growth through strategic planning, strong client relationships, and hands-on sales execution.

Prior to joining Crave Consulting, Luke held key roles at MacAllister Machinery, Wiers Fleet Partners, Palmer Trucks, and Penske Truck Leasing, where he successfully built and managed sales teams, expanded customer bases, and implemented solutions that improved efficiency and profitability for clients. His background also includes experience in commercial real estate and technology sales, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how to identify opportunities and create scalable growth strategies.

At Crave Consulting, Luke leads new business partnerships and oversees the design and implementation of sales training programs for client teams. He is actively involved in field execution to ensure sales strategies translate into measurable results. His leadership style combines strategic thinking with a practical, customer-first approach, making him a key driver of Crave Consulting’s mission to help businesses scale revenue with precision and consistency.
